Healthcare Pro Group has Adult Family Homes (AFH), state licensed residential homes that specialize in providing in home care services for elderly and/or disabled adults.
AFH’s and their staff have the understanding and ability to meet the psychosocial, personal, and special care needs of vulnerable adults. The provider, resident manager, and staff work together with each resident’s health care team (doctors, nurses, therapists, etc.) to ensure that the facility promotes the health, safety, and well-being of each resident residing in an adult family home. Adult Family Homes in Washington State may be licensed for up to 8 beds per home.

Services
Personalized Care Services
Assistance with special diets, meal preparation & eating, dressing, creating a personalized Care Plan based on each resident’s specific needs and preferences for all Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s). Coordinatintg with each residents Primary Care Physician, Nurses, Family members, Guardians or Personal Representative and other health care team members to ensure each resident is receiving the best quality of life that can be achieved tailored to their likes, abilities, and limitations.
Personal Hygiene Assistance
Bathing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care.
Mobility & Locomotion Assistance
Walking, transferring, positioning, balance, weight support, lifting, range of motion (ROM) exercises, working with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other home health professionals.
Medication Services
Medication administration under nurse delegation, medication accountability, re-ordering, keeping locked, administering the correct medications at the correct time according to doctors’ orders, working with doctors to observe and report and changes or side effects due to medications and keeping accurate records of all medication administration and changes to medications.
Skilled Nursing Services
Working with home health agencies to provide in home care such as primary care physician in-home concierge visits, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, hospice care agencies for end-of-life care, delegated nursing services such as: wound dressing changes, insulin administration, blood glucose monitoring checks, medication administration (PRN), comfort kit administration, topical and eye drop administration, assistance with telehealth appointments (virtual).

Developmental disabilities, mental illness, dementia & alzheimer’s care.
Activity Planning and Coordination
AFH’s provide planned activity programs as specified in Residents’ negotiated care plan, designed to meet the Resident’s preferences. Live musicians, piano, vocal singer performers. Managing subscriptions to magazines and local newspapers. DVD and book rentals are also available. AFH Manage and coordinate birthday parties, and holiday celebrations such as Easter, Christmas, the 4th of July and other holidays.
